7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us by email if you wish to return any item. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
