Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the weight of your order.
2. Delivery Methods
UK Mainland
- Orders 0–2kg: Royal Mail
- Orders 2kg+: APC (next working day service after dispatch)
Northern Ireland
- Orders 100g–2kg: Royal Mail
- Orders 2kg+: DPD
Scottish Highlands, Isles & Channel Islands
- Orders 0–2kg: Royal Mail
- Orders 2kg+: APC
- Channel Islands orders may be sent via DHL
3. Delivery Times
- Royal Mail deliveries: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Courier deliveries (APC / DPD): typically next working day after dispatch

4. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Some larger or bulk orders may require alternative delivery methods (e.g. pallet delivery).
If this applies, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
